Pros:Right near the Metro Station. You gotta walk a bit, but you can't ask for more when you're staying at a budget hotel.
Cons:Lots of bugs outside of the room.
Pros:The pricing was excellent considering I needed something for a longer stay, the room was clean and exactly as advertised, so no surprises. The breakfast options were tasty and they included eggs and bacon/sausage, which is a nice addition to your usual buffet options. They had laundry facilities and a business center, and the location is pretty great if you don't want to drive since there is a metro station a block away.
Cons:The only negative was the fact that they did not update the room numbers that were occupied, and so sometimes they gave people rooms that were already taken.

Pros:For a dog friendly hotel, I was quite pleased. Had new carpeting on floor. Staff friendy and helpful.

Cons:Lots of things in the room were broken. Lots of burned out bulbs and lamps that didn't work. Made the room very dark.

Pros:Walking distance to Metra system allowed D.C. visit without need for car rental.
Cons:Sonia at front desk is rude & not professional. Example: Approached front desk to check-in and sternly told there is no room for us... even though we had a reservation confirmation number from speaking with her the previous day. After insisting that she take a look at her reservation system, she acknowledged that we did have a room reserved. Really? Turning away your guests without even looking at your reservation system first? Not a welcoming experience at all!
Pros:Breakfast was great. A lot of different stuff to choose. The location of the hotel was perfect. A lot of places to eat close by. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Pros:Due to conmercial area and nice location to get everywhere in the city easily. The hotel was bed and bath are nice to use and staff also showed the helping faces.
Cons:The rates was high as per the other hotels. But due to only location the hotel the reats was accepted.
