Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Vigan and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating service, with several guests noting positive experiences with early check-in and shuttle services. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also highlighted as a positive aspect. However, breakfast received mixed reviews, with some guests finding it limited or slow, and the bathroom facilities occasionally drew complaints about maintenance and odors.
