The customer service provided by the African American receptionist was a breath of fresh air after the way the Manager treated us. WE had requested an early check in as we were part of a bridal party at 1pm. When we reached there at 1230, the manager was unwilling and said that there is no way that is happening and the latest may be is 130 and not guaranteed as the check is only at 3pm. After she left we talked to the African American receptionist who was very courteous and guess what she got us the two rooms in 15 minutes.

Dirty, Stinky, Poor service

Rooms were extremely dirty with stains on the walls, linens, furniture, and floors. Entire hotel smelled very bad and the hotel made it worse by attempting to cover up the smell by literally hand spraying the entire carpets with fragrance. This only made the smell worse. Also the non smoking rules are not enforced. Our room had cigarrete burns in the carpet. Other rooms smelled like smoke. One entire hallway smelled like Marijuana! Also, the guy at the front desk made a mistake and did not prgram our rooms keys correctly resulting in our

long wait/inadequate room

With one person at the desk at 10:30 P.M. we waited in line to check in for 30 minutes only to get a smokey room with a bathtub filled with dried vomit. Hauled all our things back to lobby to experience a wait which I politely excused myself to cut in about our previous wait and poor room. The lady checking us in was in control, but not pleasant. She called and woke us to check if our new room was adequate. While checking out the next morning, there were 3 people working and no line. Sorry, but this was not a pleasant experience for my sister and I.
