Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, service, and value for money, with many citing dirty rooms, rude or inattentive staff, and extra charges. Several guests also mention maintenance issues and poor room facilities. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location and praised the breakfast quality. A few reviews noted friendly staff and a clean atmosphere, but these positives were outweighed by the recurring negative feedback on core aspects.
