It's isolation, very relaxing
We had a double bed but with two single duvets on it???!! Not very romantic!!! Would have been nice to have one kingsize duvet to go with the bed. That's my only complaint though..

the rooms weren't as nice as I expected for the price. Our room was quite small without great features.

Didn't fix my broken phone, didn't provide room service, poor concierge service, didn't inform me i was due a discount as part of a wedding party

Excellent location, lovely and friendly staff, rooms clean, over all very good hotel.
the only think is when we came they gave us room on the side where the car park is. The room was small and for the money too expensive. Next day we asked for room on the other side with a lovely view of the mountains. What a difference. Rooms much bigger and most have balcony!!! So if you do stay ask for the rooms with the view of the village/mountains.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the history of the hotel.
I like the service and the lounge the most where I can stay there for a piece of cake and a pot of tea during the early night reading a book by the fireplace.
