Pros (+) Great staff, location, and neighborhood. Incredible value!
Cons (-) Beds were a bit small, but it was a double room. Bathroom sink area had a very tiny walkway.
Pros (+) Lots of character - good old building, new renovation. Large rooms, boutique feel. Incredibly friendly staff! Super quiet. Good location if you need to be at DuPont Circle. Lobby still under construction - hence the low price.

Also, I have stayed at the Churchill multiple times. Someone on the staff could have said hello. Finally, the printer in the lobby did not work.
