Pros (+) We were upgraded to suites. They made sure to keep our three rooms together. Two were adjoining. The staff was fabulous!
Cons (-) The "hot water" in the breakfast room was room temp., but that's about it! Everything else was good. Plus, we had a coffee maker in the room, so we could get hot water for tea there.

Pros (+) I liked the smaller feel of the hotel. The pool seems like a focal point in the building, with the design/ layout of hotel. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. I love the dome with windows.
Cons (-) The pool water was a little cool for me. The hot tub didn't have bubbles.
