Location, location, location says it all. That coupled with a small number of rooms with excellent staff says it all Possibly our best stay in Sri Lanka, judged on 6 hotels across 14 days in 4* & above hotels

Pros (+) Impeccably clean, excellent staff, modern architecture.
Cons (-) DJ had no read of the vibe and regularly played too-loud club music when no one was dancing. Pool was closed two mornings out of three, not sure if there is a persistent problem with it.
