Sunshine Suites Resort has a great location with beach access. It is a boutique hotel built in 2000 and revovated in 2013. Near the North Sound Golf Course and the Blue Tip Golf Course, it's a great vacation getaway. Other nearby attractions are George Town which is a 10 minute's drive away and Owen Roberts International Airport is about a 15 minute drive.

Sunshine Suites Resort has an onsite restaurant called the Sunshine Grill. Guests can order Havana chicken, fish tacos, hamburgers and more. It serves breakfast in the morning as well as lunch and dinner later in the day. There is an extensive cocktail list.

The hotel has two floors and 131 rooms. All rooms have amenities like kitchens or kitchenettes, microwaves, telephones, coffeemakers, wi fi internet, cable and satellite TV, daily maid service and air conditioning. Suites and studios have fully equipped kitchens, and there is also laundry facilities available on premise. Continental breakfast is included in the hotel charge. There is also a pool, business center with two computers, gardens with adirondack chairs and dive storage lockers and rinse tanks.

Guests can have privileges at the Seven Mile Beach sister property like use of the fitness center, beach yoga, beach chairs and pool towels and access to the Hibiscus Spa. Pros (+) The breakfast could have been better, need to have more hot choices.
Cons (-) The iron in the room that I stayed was not working , did report but it was never replaced. The hotel price was very high for the amenities offered. No elevator so we had to struggle with our bags to the second floor.

Cons (-) The Wi-fi wasn't spectacular, just adequate. The rooms are a little dated, but not terrible. The A/C can be hit or miss (we tried 2 rooms before finding A/C working in the last). Pros (+) Kitchens in rooms, staff very helpful and nice. Beach chairs were provided. Wifi worked well.
Cons (-) Very spartan breakfast included,small common area and only public access to beach. No elavators for the 3 story property. A/C, while it had controls, it had little control blew cold air in all modes. No hotel van. Access to a sister property the Westin,across the street was available for 30 per day.
