Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms, with several mentioning comfortable beds and friendly staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the elevators being slow or insufficient, issues with breakfast quality and cost, and inconsistent service. Some guests also noted problems with room maintenance, pool availability, and extra charges for parking and WiFi. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were highlights, operational and amenity issues detracted from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
