    Cool, clean, and comfortable

    I left at 4 in the am and the bellman was VERY helpful. He came to collect my bags immediately and took an interest in my flight information and how I was getting to the airport.

    When I arrived at the hotel, there was a line for check-in. This is nit picking but it's the only negative thing I could think of about my experience with the hotel. My check-in went smoothly and all staff members were courteous and helpful.

    Great hotel, conveniently located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, across the street from City Place. The service was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the outdoor pool and hot tub were really a nice way to spend a sunny afternoon.
