Pros (+) Staff was friendly and very nice. Great location for beach and boardwalk.
Cons (-) The hotel has not been kept up. Room we stayed in was moldy dirty and had furniture /appliances from the 1970's. Stairs looked ready to collapse. In desperate need of paint.

We didn't get a clear explanation but apparently they let previous tenants use the room well past check out and clean up time to shower etc. really set a bad tone for the weekend. made us question whether our room was secure.
