When visiting Willmar, Lakeview Inn is a great choice to consider. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 7:30 AM and 9 AM. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Staff was awesome.Cons: Location... My GPS couldn't find it and very dark at night.
Pros: Low reasonable rates for a quick overnight stay. Older building, but maintained well.Cons: Lobby too far to get coffee in the morning.
Pros: Convenient location but nothing else was good. Definitely would NEVER stay there again.Cons: Room was smelly & dirty (carpet, bathroom and windows especially). The mattress was terrible. Daughter left her clothes on because, didn't want her skin to touch the sheets. We are 5'2' and the shower head was too low. Includes breakfast - SERIOUSLY????
Pros: The location worked well my my stay.Cons: the room was not well kept or clean, mold in the bathroom
Pros: It was the worst Motel I ever stayed in got woke up at 3:15 A.M. by people fighting in the parking lot and this went on till almost 5 A.M.
Old and run down. Barely worth the price, even though it was low.Pros: Friendly staffCons: Very noisy. Many long term residents, and possible illegal activity at hotel.
Pros: If you're staying a night and on a budget it's worth just what I paid for it. but you get what you pay for. It was cheap, so I got a cheap hotel room.
Pros: Th3e location was great and it was clean.Cons: There was no free breakfast but they did have coffee. It will be tough in the winter due to cracks around the outside door. Most ceiling tiles in the bathroom were damaged but repaired to cover the ceiling.
The Inn was pretty run down. They only had 1 key per room and it was an actual key that went into the lock. It made me nervous that I was going to lose it. Also, there were no handles to hang onto in the tub when taking a shower. I have a bad knee so I could not use it and my husband almost fell because the floor in the tub was so slippery. No continental breakfast like it was advertised. I will not stay there again.Pros: the location to the hotel was a short drive to the resort that we were fishing at.Cons: The Inn was pretty run down. They only had 1 key per room. I could not get the TV remote to work so I had to push the buttons on the TV by hand. Did not have continental breakfast like advertised. Only coffee when I went in the office at 8 am each day
I would never recommend. I did try to ckg out early but desk clerk said boss wasn't in till noon the following dayPros: It was close to the workshop I was takingCons: It smelt. The carpet felt damp and the guests were up drinking and partying till 2;30. The breakfast didn't start till 7:30 and my class started at 7. No internet connection in the room (145) and manager was very rude when I called. I tried to ck out earl
I did like the night time woman who worked there. she went out of her way to clean a coffee pot so I could have coffee before 7:00 am which is when they start the a.m. treats(loosely stated). was a bit nervous about the clientele which rent by the month. every time you went outside, you had someone staring at you. was not able to double lock the room so you had make sure you brought anything valuable with you.Pros: its sad to say, but the best thing I liked about this place was the price.Cons: I did not like that they say they have free breakfast but all they have is toast with grape jelly, bad coffee, breakfast bars and I think oatmeal cookies with frosting????. it was bad.
Pros: nothingCons: It was so dirty and stinky with smoke smell. It was very gross
