I arrived to Willowbook and realized it was all under renovation. The front desk clerk was smoking inside of the building. She could not find my reservation. The building was freezing due to the renovations. I had no TV in my room or amenities. This hotel should have been shut down during this renovation process. I'm completely unhappy with the lack of service I received and how your website portrayed this hotel.
