Pros (+) When we arrived we were running late and the front desk did everything possible to expedite our check in. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. They should have more coffee packets....3 c...
Cons (-) Couldn't make room to room calls. Front desk didn't even know how to do it! The shower was very hard to get to a decent temperature.
