Pros:Front desk guy was very nice and sympathetic.
Cons:I paid and was sent an email as confirmation. I arrived around 2:00 am. Was asked for a card for security deposit. I had $10 in my bank and they needed $150 (on top of the money I already paid for the room) had to be awake early for my 18 years olds college registration. I was told I couldn’t stay unless I had a card. I don’t believe in credit cards so obviously didn’t have one. Yet I used the last of my money to pay for a room that now I wasn’t able to stay in. Don’t worry....called MY MOM at 2:00 am to wire me money so I could sleep. Then....down the hall...drunk people slamming doors all night (every couple of minutes). I picked up the phone to call the desk. Phone didn’t work! Yes it was plugged in. I took a sleeping pill pill and waited for it to work. So first college visit with my first kid was not so good and drive home was terrible because of how tired I was.
