Terrible Customer Service

One of the first things I did was touch the small TV in the bathroom when I fell off its mount, bounced off the counter, and then onto me. Luckily, my foot broke the fall and the TV was all right. I called the front desk and a pleasant young woman said she would call her manager and the facility person, who was also very nice and professional. I circled back with the front desk and the clerk said her manager would credit me an insulting $40 dollars. I asked to call her manager, who was not working that day, and spoke with an awful, condescending, defensive general manager. Instead of comping my room, apologizing, and thanking me for my business, (and tortlessness), she threatened to have me thrown out for pressing the issue.
