Pros: This BnB is a home away from home but better Haha. The bed is super comfy. The rooms were lovely and clean with great air con to keep you cool. The pool and hot tub were great also. It's in a quiet little cul de sac but really good commute to Niagara falls and other tourist spots. Christine if your reading this you are the best, we chatted for a while and I could have chilled with her all day. Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting her or has her in their life is very lucky. Great breakfasts and just a really cool lady. Thank you :-)

Pros: My husband and I stayed here with another couple for one night to attend an event in Niagara. The house and grounds were beautiful. We stayed in the basement suite. The bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. The backyard is beautiful and secluded. The mature trees provide a great canopy and even sheltered us from the light shower that started while we sat out at night. The hot tub was lovely, my husband enjoyed the pool. Christine is vey friendly and her breakfast was delicious! We'll definitely be back!

Pros: The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in you could see your face in the bathtub
Cons: Not much for the money paid
Pros: Check in was efficient and quick. Bathroom very clean.

Cons: There are no complaints!
Pros: Very clean and great price with location close to Niagara on the Lake where we attended a wedding
Pros: Had that funky motel vibe
Pros: The property location is convenient to the QEW Highway, and we were a little concerned about whether we could hear the traffic. This was not a problem at all. There were nice little touches in our room such as a night light in the bathroom and a large mirror in the main room which helped the room feel larger. The suite was very clean.
Cons: There was a small choice of juice and muffins available in the morning. We used the room coffee maker to make coffee. It was adequate, but travellers should only expect a small breakfast.

Pros: Everything was excellent i really enjoyed my stay. I will go again. Every body was really nice
Pros: Clean room with excellent view of the locks. Good value
Cons: WiFi was terrible.
Pros: The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The balcony overlooking the lock was unexpectedly close for watching ships which really made my stay enjoyable. The grounds, especially the back, were well kept and attractive. As a lover of birds and small animals, it made me happy to see that the owners put out food and water for the squirrels, birds and butterflies.
Cons: The toilet kept running so I had to keep removing the tank cover to adjust the ballcock.
Pros: This is a plain simple Motel which fits into the setting perfectly. It was clean and in good shape. The grounds were very well kept . The staff was very helpful and eager to answer any questions. The location on lock seven is superb and the location in the Niagara Peninsula is very central. Very easy to walk to restaurants and services in Thorold. Very handy to have the tourist information right at lock seven. We loved our 2 day 2 night stay very much
Cons: A very minor dislike was that the air conditioner and fridge and fan in the bathroom were all a bit noisy. Also another minor dislike might be that for the main motel activity which is sitting on your balcony watching the ships the balcony chairs could be of a bit better quality.
Pros: Right next to the Welland Canal
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: location location is key , shower was amazing for me thats a bonus.
Pros: I emerged from my stay without a fatal disease. I think.
Cons: The room had the overwhelming smell of mothballs. The a/c was on full blast but never cooled the room. The WiFi worked intermittently. I can’t believe I paid $200 Canadian for this room.
Cons: Second time and enjoyed
Pros: Great view of Lock 7. Staff have current book available about all the ships that travel the locks. Added bonus for those who want a little bit more than just a hotel room. St. Lawrence Seaway museums nearby.
Cons: A/C is a bit noisy. Unfortunately, due to some local legislation, breakfast was not available.

Cons: Only one electrical outlet. The breakfast was a misnomer: Juice and coffee only.
Pros: Andrea was an excellent host. House is a classic
Pros: The owner was friendly, it was pet friendly, everything was very clean, other guests were respectful.
Cons: I feel we were deceived. We thought we were going to a motel/hotel but it was a private home. No locks on doors,no tv, no air conditioning etc. Very unhappy and we paid premium rates???
Cons: Only suggestion for improvement would be a greater variety of options for breakfast. It was a little light compared to other B&B's I have stayed in.
Pros: Lovely quiet home with secluded gardens within walking distance to theatres and restaurants.
Pros: We were greeted by an immaculately dressed professional, ushered into our cool, clean beautiful room. Given expert advise on where to dine. Polite, courteous, non intrusive - tired travelers' dream.
Pros: We met with a gracious hostess, who welcomed us to our room. The very spacious room was part of a grand Victorian house, so it felt nice coming home at the end of the day. The location was excellent. Safe neighborhood of relatively nice homes. Breakfast on the light side.

Pros: Fabulous breakfast staff
Pros: It was clean. We went to that particular hotel because of the indoor pool but were disappointed it was closed even though the outdoor pool was open. We cannot be out in the sun too much
Cons: We loved that it was clean. The breakfast room staff were a little too quick in clearing our plates while we were eating. I was really happy to see they were using glass dishes and not foam or paper plates (good for the environment)
Cons: The size of the bathroom.
Pros: Accommodations were great. The full breakfast in th e morning was the best part. Great way to get our day started. I would recommend this property to everyone. 2 standout employees were Lucinda in the breakfast at Wrigleys. She was so friendly and good service. Love Debbie At the front desk was also very helpful.
Pros: The variety offered for breakfast was excellent,
Cons: In spite of the chafing dishes the food was almost cold and having to serve it onto the cold dishes didn't help. The bread had to be put through the toaster four times to get even slightly browned.
Pros: Great service and great breakfast. I never had a perfect breakfast like that. Also, there’s a big gym and the pool with sauna was so good. I was enjoyed it and thank you for great time in your hotel. Good luck!

Pros: Design of hotel is very nice. Great size of suite and beds are very comfortable! Hotel restaurant serves very good food/value and pool and gym well maintained. Will definitely come back when visiting Niagara region!
Cons: The rooms and hotel seem to be under renovation which I think it needs - rooms are dark and dated though clean, hallway broadloom worn. Once all renos done- it will be a very nice current hotel. Hopefully rates will stay reasonable.
Pros: Remodel new rooms
Cons: Rooms were not finished
Pros: I was attending a conference at Brock University - so location was excellent.
Cons: Hotel was undergoing renovation so there was drilling noise, paint smell etc that took away from the otherwise quiet atmosphere.
Pros: Very good.
Pros: Good value for the money. Spacious suite. Comfortable bed. Check in, out very efficient.
Cons: Empty beer can under night stand. View from window was of the dumpster.
Pros: Friendly flexible staff
Pros: Handicap parking is well placed but has only 3 parking spaces for a very large room count. I was able to use the handicap parking both nights but would be concerned about the number of spaces when the College is holding events.
Cons: The hotel restaurant appeared nice but has a very limited menu and prices are high. I only ordered carry out to eat in my room. The Hotel is isolated. There are no local restaurants (except McD's and Tim Horton) and grocery stores.
Pros: Location and quality
Cons: Pricing issues with hotel manager and the lack of an explanation and assistance in correcting errors
Pros: Size of room
Pros: Good location
Cons: Breakfast is not included and customer service of restaurant needs to be improved
Pros: Nice and roomy beds were comfortable
Cons: My toilet seat was loose :/ very uncomfortable
Cons: The sofa in the suite had lot of hairs. Not sure human or animal. As much I disliked the hair, I didn't wanted to make a fuss. Sunday morning I informed the front desk. Still hair were there. Not worth the money I spent.

Cons: The room had no control for the A/C. When I called the front desk they were not very helpful just asked me to disconnect the plug which made the room too hot. Was traveling with a 2 year old and he ended up getting cold because of this.
Pros: Clean and great location.
Cons: Air conditioner smelled a little mildew
Pros: I really didn’t enjoy my stay here at all and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: The room was dark. Even with all the lights on it felt dark. The elevators were so slow. The older patrons of the hotel were struggling to get their luggage to the elevators . Then to their vehicles. I helped many out myself. I myself had to carry my luggage down the stairs as wait time for the elevator was ridiculous. I
Pros: Convenient location to freeway
Pros: Beds were very comfy and covers were great .. staff were very friendly and accommodating .. and went out of their way to help !!
Cons: I didn’t like that you told me $129.00 per night and turn around and charge me more for Friday and then even more for Sat. I was not impressed !! But otherwise overall stay was great ! But money does matter where I stay !! Also there was a full kitchen and no utilities dishes or clothes to wipe up after yourself !!
Pros: Breakfast was tasty. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Wondered why there was no fan in the bathroom.
Cons: Plumbing did not work. Bathtub did not drain. Gross!!! No breakfast facility!!! Poor quality, worn-out furnishings. Poor quality bathroom linens. Poor quality bedding. Dirty facility.
Pros: It was all good i would come back again.
Pros: Roof top patio is beautiful
Pros: The room and location to hwy was great.
Cons: The pool was gross. It was dirty and the water was green and murky. The hot tub... disgusting. A black ring of dirt all around. Management didn’t care because people were still going in to swim. They basically told us that they knew the water had turned but blamed the “swim teams” and other visitors for not washing before going in the pool and as long as chlorine levels were within parameters - all was good. Having stayed at so many hotels with crystal clear water and clean pool facilities - I was not impressed. I was there for 5 days and my kids couldn’t swim.
Pros: considering the restaurant was being renovated the breakfast was good
Cons: room was dark, noisey and run down noise from outside was oppressive
Cons: That they tried to double charge me and made me do all the leg work to contact third party that I booked and paid through to get my money back.

Cons: No breakfast no pool
Pros: I liked the room I was provided. Received the same room twice. Checkin was easy.
Pros: The beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly
Cons: Rooms were small, 2 queens were more like 2 doubles. The bathroom fan was so loud we couldn’t turn it on. People were running in the halls all night - very noisy hotel. There is nothing here, no restaurant, no fitness, no pool. Very standard hotel, I would have liked a bit more for the price we paid.
Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, laundry facility onsite, good location near highway
Cons: Nothing; all was good.
Pros: Though it is an older building and near the freeway, it was still nice and quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful, professional and kind. I would stay again if I need to.

Pros: staff was friendly in the morning. having the pool was nice.
Cons: Rooms need to be fixed up. The tub was stained and the walls were coming apart paint wise.
Pros: I'have been here before. Its good for the value.
Cons: Fire alarm went on and off in the middle of the night. Heat was off and room was cold at check in. If they have the room rented they should go in before check in and turn the heat on low for when there guests arrive. Tv wouldn’t change channels.
Pros: It was nice and quiet
Cons: That they had pimps next to me and they tryed to break in my room
Pros: No breakfast, so no comment on croissants, the staff were accommodating and the location was convenient.
Cons: The room was not clean and there was mason art dirt and dust all over the bathroom. Towels were stained.
Cons: Staff was horrible lady at desk was a royal B she was very rude when I was addressing a concern about a situation with booking. She was not helpful in the least. When arriving no one was at desk for a long period of time and the doors were locked. At time of arrival we were given false information about reservation and deposit options. I would never stay in this hotel again...there is another one directly across the street.
Pros: Easily accessed off the highway. Was simple to get to where we wanted to go in the morning.
Cons: The room was run down. Mostly clean but there was a mystery spill on the bathtub. The property felt very old and tired.
Pros: Clean room, despite showing its age. Perfectly fine if you expect a very basic experience.
Cons: Needs a paint job. Door to room was hard to open.
Cons: The room was not wheelchair accessible. We had to use a portable ramp to get into the room.
Pros: It's a nice spot
Cons: Nothing was a great stay
Pros: It was as described
Cons: Nothing worth noting
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Right off the highway, hard to get into parking lot, and the pool was not on a good location, no one wants to swim next to a busy street
Pros: Large room, newly refurbished, immaculate microwave & fridge. Excellent price. Great check in and checkout service.
Cons: Bath tub should be replaced - takes away from overall impression of outstanding
