Pros (+) Exactly the experience you expect. Great staff, friendly to pets, and a beautiful space. Their basement game room was awesome for kids and adults! Bowling, basketball, pool, ping-pong, shuffleboard and more!

Pros (+) Great location, fun vibe & activities, grand rooms, and almost all the staff members were extremely friendly and courteous.
Cons (-) I really was in shocked with how dirty this hotel is. When you walk in you expect nothing but an amazing experience. I first noticed the level of uncleanliness when we checked into our room. Walking into the room you were amazed by how grand and beautiful it was designed and put together. We walked over to the desk and night stands and there was layer of dust all over it.
