Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the excellent made-to-order breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Many appreciated the amenities and family-friendly atmosphere. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the hardness of the beds and the unheated, cold pool. Some noted that the property is a bit dated and there were occasional issues with room readiness and pet policies, but overall, positive experiences outweighed the negatives.
