Receptionist Toni was very jolly and helpful
Very welcoming establishment. Staff very good and accommodating.
Decor is a little tired in the room that we had, room 16
We could hear the guests in adjoining rooms. We were unable to eat in the restaurant as there was a wedding and all tables were booked. Also there was only one bedside light in our room.
The location to town, quiet clean
Too hot, water free to hot easy to scold yourself not enough carictor. Food not water it says it is .
Room and en-suite were spacious, Breakfast was lovely and staff were really helpful and polite. Seemed like it was in a good location and was easy to travel too. Food for lunch and breakfast sounded tasty but we didn’t stay long enough to try them. Have said we will return to try food at some point though. Extremely well priced for what we got.
We had the misfortune to need to book this when storm Ciara was bearing down on us. It was so windy that the windows rattled all night. I ended up using the menu to wedge in between the window and frame to stop the window moving. The hotel has no control over the weather and I wouldn’t expect them to change their windows for the sake of a few stormy nights a year so it’s really just a minor thing of note that the hotel really aren’t at fault for. Other than that we couldn’t fault the place.
