Despite the delayed flight air Lingus gave us compensation bonus for a small meal and drink at the Barcelona airport after 2 hours caused by a thunderstorm.
Inflight Barcelona to Dublin air lingus were charging for drinks ( non alcoholic) and food . Which seems to me after waiting 02 hours at the airport they were suppose to compensate the customers.
My flights were cancelled by Aer lingus and I was rebooked improperly, resulting in my being removed from a plane and having to be rebooked at least three times because of how long it took.
Lots of entertainment. Spacey seats and plenty of bathrooms.
The food wasn't great and I wish they would have picked up the dinner trays way sooner
The flight attendants on the plane were friendly an d helpful.
Boarding was disorganized. There was no reason or logic as to how people board the plane. People sitting at the back of the plane boarded with people sitting at the front of the plane. No in flight entertainment. Seating was tight. When we landed in Dublin we were ushered onto a bus to our connecting flight. I wish they had mentioned that would happen.
In flight entertainment was very good. Flight attendants helpful. Seats hard but we had ample leg room on this flight. I would like to commend the pilot for landing us safely in some extremely windy conditions. Everyone on the plane was audiably nervous and he did well
Checking in was not pleasant they seated me in row 20 something and my wife in row 40 something even though the plane was half empty. Distressing at first. When I asked why they told me to sort my seating out in the plane. Now that's telling. Whoever checked me in could see there were lots off empty seats and couldn't take the time to seat my wife and I together. Hmmm. Terminal at Dublin was small and over crowded. There was 1 agent at the gate checking in everyone on this flight for about 10 minutes until she finally got some help. You must do better

On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency.
I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers.
But connecting flight is just 30 minutes delayed schedule because of airline benefits. I have to run the gate and I can make it but I heard 2 passengers didn't. I didn't hear this situation. When I ask staffs how about connecting flight to Nice, staffs just told me your flight is ok.
1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.
