Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access York's main attractions and the train station. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing greatly to positive experiences. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with many guests describing their rooms as clean and comfortable. However, some guests mentioned issues with small room sizes and uncomfortable beds, and a few noted noise from the street or within the hotel. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with many guests eager to return.
