Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, which is close to the city center, attractions, and parks, and often described as peaceful and convenient. Opinions on service and cleanliness are mixed; while some guests found the staff friendly and rooms clean, others reported issues with rude staff, unclean bathrooms, and maintenance problems. The atmosphere and room comfort receive occasional positive mentions, but there are repeated concerns about room upkeep, bathroom conditions, and lack of luxury features. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset.
