Staff was amazing ! So helpful ! Especially ms Gosia from the restaurant, as well as Sabina, Justyna and Magda from the front desk. Everyone was nice and friendly .
The fact that you could not use sauna until 3 pm and the water in the swimming pool was rather chilly.
Location was fantastic. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful too.
All was very cool. We'll be back for sure
The location was at the extremely busy end of the city and there were thousands of weekend tourists on the street outside. The staff were friendly and professional. Beds were comfortable, studio was roomy, great shower pressure, Góralskie (mountain people) character externally and internally. Breakfast was very good. The secure undercover carparking was excellent and the attendant very helpful in extremely difficult circumstances - see below.
The hotel is an older 'character' building with no lift so we had to manhandle heavy suitcases up to the third floor via a maze of corridors. The WiFi was poor and virtually non-existent on the 3rd floor. Recommend having 2 pillows per person as a standard so they don't have to be requested. Car access to the hotel is difficult to find via SatNav because it directs drivers via the impossible-to-navigate main street which is crowded with people. By asking a local, we found the rear alleyway which is the best access to arrive at by car, only to find the hotel end of the cul-de-sac packed with cars. The hotel's carpark attendant helped us find a temp park to unload our suitcases and then escorted us to the hotel's secure carparking across the street - which we recommend you reserve at time of booking.
Location on the main tourist street, perfect for all activities. Even so there was no noise from the street at night. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with a good choice of local food.
