Pros: The front desk agent Miss Masami Shimoda is really friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice. I am celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and the hotel prepared a complimentary cake for us. However, there's no late check-out or free upgrade. The breakfast is not buffet due to pandemic but still it is tasty.

Pros: The sauna, steam bath & jacuzzi all in a room with 2 toilets. Okura is in Galaxy where they have wave pool, the lazy river & the hot jacuzzi outdoor. The resort also have gyms and health spa, lots of restaurants to choose from.

Cons: The Okura Gym doesn't have much equipments. When we ordered room service, no tissue came together. The main toilet bowl seat is not warm compare to outside toilet. The main toilet light does not turn on automatically as it used to be the last time we were there.

Cons: Excellent hotel, location and facilities!

Pros: The service was from Hotel Okura was definitely way beyond my expectation. The Front desk staff i forgot her name but she is the short hair chinese and very polite the way she talked.She is very welcoming for my arrival and had actually solved my concerns. My room has been upgraded to the suite with a very big bathroom then sauna and last about the list the jacuzzi.Also I had a recieve a complimentary cake for my son birthday which is prepared by them. During the check out time concierge under name william assisted us and he also get the taxi for me . I would like to thank to team effort and i will definitely come back next time.

Cons: But I have feedback regarding for the grand resort staff counter its very dissappointing the way you treat the guest.We want to go at the wave pool but they not allowing us to go there because they told us cannot swap . I know the policy that in the one room can only enter 2 adults and 2 kids but my mom and auntie go first at the pool then me and baby the next when they finish ...but i keep telling them they are done already can we do next to swim but they said cannot .

Pros: Room was beautiful and had a welcome gift. The resort pool is a day vacation by itself. Love hotel Okura.

Cons: A few restaurants were closed due to COVID but that is reasonable.

Pros: Sadly we haven't try the breakfast. So dissapointment, at first when i book using booking.com it shows include the breakfast on that price. Then we found out late that we don't have breakfast. 😑

Cons: Cleanliness, shower room got many hair strands on the drainage. Ewww😑

Cons: The room hasn't totally cleaned when we entered. It has an empty water bottle by the salon table.

Cons: Breakfast coffee at Pousada with portuguese flavour could be much better. fittings in the bathroom need fixing.

Pros: The site of the swiming pool.is charming. Small, but one can swim, relax, enjoy nature...

Cons: the hot water in the shower was really not hot at all.

Cons: The weather! We had Typhoon 3 signal on day four and five, but nothing the hotel can do about that.

Cons: Its not like i dont like but they should double check the cleaning in the room, the kittle is not yet washed when check it, i did not complain because im a R.A. Also i understand.. so just next time it should be check for the next guest

Pros: Staff were friendly, Breakfast was okay, location was prefect for a quiet and rejuvenating staycation. The little pool area with the mountain backdrop was nice. It’s well maintained and still has that authentic portuguese charm detailed in the rooms and out in the hallways, a unique standout indeed.

Pros: Hotel is a little far from city and very different to casino resort hotels. This is a small cozy hotel - very good for if you want to get away from it all. But if you are used to high class five start hotel service and pool, stay away. XD

Cons: Meal options are limited. And I thought there would be the swaying basket in every balcony as seen in some photos of this hotel. Guess not. Not a big problem tho! Will definitely come again.

Cons: Freezing AC environment, no mosquito nets, slippery floor, dirty stairs carpet, connecting rooms without acoustic doors

Pros: Loved the breakfast, the gym and the pool. Bed was super comfortable and luxurious and view at night was awesome. Staff were very attentive especially when there were very busy with conference attendees - I was very impressed with how accommodating they were during their busiest times.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was nice with a wide array of food items. Westerns bread, Chinese buns and many different kinds of food were available. The view of the room was nice. I really enjoyed the view from my room's balcony. I could see the dazzling lights in Macau sparkling at night. The sea breeze also brought me comfort.

Cons: I booked a room for four and there were three of us staying at the hotel. However, only TWO sets of personal amenities were available in the room. I had to call the front desk before they sent us an extra set of personal amenities. But I had stated the number of attendees in my booking beforehand. Besides, the fee I paid included only two sets of breakfast, but nobody confirmed that with me when I checked in. I could only discover that when my family were about to enter the dining hall. Quite disappointed with the arrangement of the hotel. It's not the money that matters because we really did enjoy the food a lot, but it was the low level of professionalism that let me down.
