Really great location in Zurich. Can walk to most of the sites or grab a tram right out front. We had a junior suite and the size and layout were great. Very helpful staff. No complaints. Would definitely return.

5.6+Large, fully appointed rooms near the train station. Also, near close to major shopping.-Attention to detail was lacking for a quality hotel. Two or three small problems but major problem was heat was on and couldn't turn it off while air conditioning was off and couldn't turn it on. If possible book a room away from the main street.

5.0+Very good location. Very easy to move around to important places in Zurich. Good for shopping also.-I requested for the taxi to International Airport. I am expecting a meter taxi. When the taxi arrived there is no meter and the hotel didn't inform me ahead about this. Taxi charged me CHF 60 and I think this is not acceptable. Hotel should inform me an estimated cost of the taxi before they call.

Located right in the old town of Zurich, it is close to all the best walking areas. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and dinner reservations. Rooms are clean and nice.

Breakfast was okay. Only a small bed with 1 sleeve, but booked a double room for 2 persons. Douche not working properly. TV bad quality. Definitely not worth the four stars they claim to have.

i liked it's location and I liked the chocolates in the room. i disliked the construction that was going on during my stay. It disturbed my rest and blocked any view from the hotel. I disliked how smalll the rooms were. Except for Andy, no employee made me feel like they cared about making my hotel experience

8.0+I especially appreciated the attention to detail exhibited by every member of the hotel staff; the welcome glass of champaigne was also a nice touch. A standout was the very nice baked goodie sent up to our room which acknowledged and thanked us as returning guests.

7.6+the location is great, staff and service near to perfect especially the reception area. ambience is cosy and hotel lives up to its reputation like a 5-star hotel. I am highly impressed and happy with everyone at the hotel and its professionalism and friendliness. will definitely come back to this hotel again if i visit zurich next year.-its a very fantastic hotel and the little minor issue is only a little noise from the trams as our room's window faces the tram lines but this tiny issue is overwhelmed and overcome by all the excellent points of the hotel so nothing i can complain about. absolutely worth every cent i paid for.

6.4+Superb attention to detail by the staff - little touches here and there such as fruit in the room, lots of accessories, beds turned down in the evening with chocolate on the pillow, excellent buffet breakfast with champagne. The location opposite the main station is excellent, especially for airport access - it couldn't be easier.-We did not sleep well. We had an inside room which had little air movement, and the air conditioning did not seem to control humidity. The room was comparatively small compared with some we have stayed in. The hotel is being refurbished externally and the view from all outside rooms is obscured by plastic sheeting. The hotel information should mention this sort of thing at time of booking.

Most of the staff was very friendly, they lent me an umbrella everytime I needed it and they gave me instructions to visit some places in Zürich. The day I left there was a man attending in the counter and he said he could not give me the receipt of the hotel payment because that was a matter I had to solve with Kayak.com. Now I need that receipt to justify my expenses and I don't know how to obtain it.

Location is ok, a few minutes walk to city center and main train station. Room was were noisy (restaurant/bars just below the room's window). Service is poor, I have booked a shuttle bus to the airport, payed the hotel and they forgot to book it! They did not call me a taxi or offered any help (I had a flight to catch!), Only mentioned the train station is not far away... and that I could catch a taxi outside (yeah, right, at 8am in the middle of a shopping street). I have barely managed to get to the airport on time, and had to carry by hand 2 suitcases all the way to the train.

I loved that our room had a closet so I could hang nicer clothes. Also, there were 3 hooks right by my bed. I loved that it had free wi-fi and a mini bar in case you were too tired to leave for drinks or snacks.

They went out of their way to assist me.-There was nothing that I didn't like apart from there being no ironing facility in the main building which meant I had to go to the second building.
