Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location by the loch, the friendly and helpful staff (especially Duncan), and the quality of the breakfast and restaurant meals. Many enjoyed the cosy, authentic Scottish atmosphere and found the rooms comfortable, though some noted they were small or dated. There were several complaints about cleanliness and maintenance in the cottages and cabins, as well as occasional issues with water pressure and noise. Overall, the positive experiences with service, food, and setting outweighed the negatives for most guests.
