The receptionist Fatima was very unhelpful, unkindly and show very unprofessional behavior.

The apartment was big and generous, with a big terrace and a fully equiped kitchen. The complex is close to the Santa Eulalia beach, just one street crossing away. There are 2 InterMarches in approximately 1,5-2 km, and the centre of the town is 45 min. away by foot. The personnel was friendly and helpful.
The towels were worn out, the apartment was not really clean, there is no dish detergent and sponge. We had to take care of all these.
