Cons (-) Staff needs to learn customer service skills and how to greet and communicate with guests. The room had a funky smell and it is an old renovation. Encounter not one but two cockroaches on two separate occasions which had me move rooms at 1 am, The new room less than two hours later and on the opposite side of the building also had a cockroach.
