The beautiful room and sitting area.
A great, cosy family hotel, everything you need for a few nights stay on Ameland. Lovely living room with books, games and an open fire. Coffee and tea available at all times which is very nice. I would certainly stay here again.
Excellent experience all around. Super luxury room at a great rate. Excellent breakfast. Free tea and coffee throughout the day. This is a brand new hotel. I suspect it will go up in price so use it while you can :-)
WiFi does not reach all rooms.
The receptionist was especially welcoming and helpful.
There could have been a better array of foods for breakfast, and some provision of shampoo etc in the bathroom. Otherwise all very good.
Very friendly staff. Every room has it's own design. It is brand new. The bed is simply great, a real two persons bed instead of two beds next to each other, passing as a double.
The internet connection was not really stable and in some parts of the hotel simply not available. Although it is a silent and relaxed hotel you sometimes really hear your neighbours (thin walls, doors I guess)
When you stay at Bij hen op Ameland in Hollum, you'll be near the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Reddingsmuseum Abraham Fock and Hollum Beach. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
