Pros: Handing by any cap was great to get us on the plane on time.

Cons: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Pros: The flight attendant (age gentleman) with the quite sense of humor, and converse with a measure of ease. A role model for others, a nice aptitude than one can learn from.

Cons: Just keep up the good work and always work towards self development. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, with respect.

Pros: Flight and crew were wonderful. Perfectly smooth landing!

Cons: I really wonder about the boarding procedure... isn't "back to front" more efficient? What is this Comfort +, Main Cabin 1, Main Cabin 2, Basic thing? Is that supposed to make you feel better because you paid for a seat selection?!

Cons: Great flight. We were delayed but the crew kept us well informed and tried to make up time in the air

Cons: More options for gluten free food. Always get the same dish

Cons: No tv fo 14 hr long flight !! Flight delayed for 1 he !! No proper arranged to board .. it was kiosk!! Food quality was worse. No space to seat !! Can’t sleep .. no leg space !! Worst fight till the date !!!

Cons: Disorganized check-in process. Information tableau showed 3 flights on different airlines to be checked in at Turkish Airlines area (#3). After 1 hr in line we were told that IcelandAir hasn't started check-in yet, and it would be at an opposite end of the same counter in a different line. Great!

Pros: Crew was friendly and helpful. I got some sleep on this red eye flight, surprisingly.

Cons: Boarding was not very efficient.

Pros: The crew on the actual flight was excellent.

Cons: The staff at the Toronto airport was rude The baggage policy was unclear and they had trouble answering our questions. We could have saved a good amount of money if the baggage policy was more clear and the staff could explain it. Using the term "Economy" for all flight categories is not helpful.

Pros: Exit row window seat with empty row beside me. Next to washroom. Got 2hours sleep. All I can ask for.

Cons: Business class upgrade for free.

Pros: Air Transat provide excellent service with affordable prices. I have arrived late to check-in desk due to unexpected traffic but Air Transat team was very supportive, even helped us to cross the customs in no-time until the gate of the plane without interrupting the flight time. Highly Recommended.

Cons: Charge for a blanket, limits on carryon were unrealistic,no ice in drink, a crew member was cranky throughout flight,

Cons: Aircraft has TV equipment that is not functioning ,no phone chargers in the seats,dirty salon not even a snack!

Pros: Smooth experience overall, from check-in to baggage claim. Crew was very nice. Economy seats had a fair amount of space.

Pros: Flight was cancelled and had to be rebooked, pushing our travel home back a day. No positives.

Cons: Work around the flight cancellation better to keep people on schedule.

Cons: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Cons: Plane was late taking off. Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Pros: After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes.

Pros: Flight was mostly uneventful, which is great! Right after takeoff we made a complete circle and no information was given as to why, but we assumed it was air traffic.

Cons: Middle seat, last row. In a full flight, and the passenger in fronf reclines, its difficult to watch monitor, eat, or move

Pros: Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times

Cons: The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese

Cons: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Cons: Kayak updated me that my flight would be late. It wasn't. Missed it had to pay $700

Cons: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Pros: Flight was delayed 2.5hr and all they did was give meal vouchers for $10 CAD while we were shut in the airport since it closed around us.

Cons: Air Canada changed our seating on day of travel. I had ordered tickets over a month in advance and scheduled seating for my wife and I on our 3 leg flight. Air Canada changed our seating on the 1st and 3rd leg and we were no longer sitting together.
