Cons: Extremely poor communication about flight delays and missed connections. I’ll never fly icelandair again. Terrible experience.

Cons: Offering meal option without having to pay extra. More drink services.

Pros: The flight was as close to as on time as any of the flight segments I had on this trip.

Cons: The boarding process was a disaster- the multiple parallel lines for different flights was a source of confusion and rife with line-cutters. Boarding everyone at once isn’t efficient and with a completely full flight results in delays and stupid behavior. Super unimpressed with Reykjavik airport.

Pros: Crew was fine. Seat was fine.

Cons: No food served unless you arranged - and paid - in advance. Not even a snack. On a 5+ hour flight. The baggage fee for a first checked bag was pretty high, but at least the 70 pound weight limit was good. But I didn't need that.

Pros: leg room in middle isle was great

Cons: the flight attendant took boarding passes from my hand and did not return them back to me, upon entry. My mother had to take the boarding passes from flight attendant's hand.

Pros: The crew and counter check in were provided excellent customer service. Very impressed.

Cons: My son and I are both 6’5” and the seat are too close together for leg comfort. Flying used to be about COMFORT for passengers. I paid for our seating thinking we would get extra legroom with emergency seating, I was disappointed.

Pros: Exit row window seat with empty row beside me. Next to washroom. Got 2hours sleep. All I can ask for.

Cons: Business class upgrade for free.

Pros: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Cons: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Pros: Great food and friendly crew.

Cons: Seatback system was old and not very functional.

Cons: They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat.

Pros: The seat was very comfortable.

Cons: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Cons: The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay.

Pros: Food was great, enjoyed watching videos, staff very profession and friendly.

Cons: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Pros: Flight and the crew!

Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Pros: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Pros: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Cons: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!
