Pros: "The crew was amazing!"
Cons: "I can't think of a thing"
Cons: "Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option."
Pros: "Out of my four flights with Aer LIngus, this leg of my trip that both left and arrived on time. It is sad, that when landing they had to say thank you for flying another on time Aer LIngus flight. Makes me wonder how often are you not on time? My experience says 75% of the time your late."
Cons: "First off, don't try charging me 150 euros to check my bags when I already paid for it at booking. Then who charges for 2,50 for a can soda on an air plane? Lastly, I'm 6'4" and the seats were so close there was no way to sit without my knees pressed into the seat in front of me."

I still have nothing to change into now and there was no compensation offered whatsoever. Never flying with this airline again."
Cons: "Missed the flight."
Cons: "Being charged $100 each way for checked baggage, no where on my itenerary did it mention that"
Pros: "I flew overnight from Toronto, Canada to Dublin and had a relatively pleasant experience. The food and drink trolleys came by quite quickly and frequently, and the food exceeded my expectations. The crew was friendly, for the most part. Boarding certainly could've been smoother... But overall, I'd fly Aer Lingus again for an overseas trip."
Pros: "Great seats plenty of leg room"
Cons: "The food... Yikes"
Pros: "The flight attendants were very cheerful."
Cons: "We were delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour due to a storm at AMS. Then delayed further in AMS waiting for a gate. Not the airlines fault though. They are one of the few major European airlines that don't serve free food."

Cons: "Paying for beverages seemed a bit much."

Cons: "The abrupt cancellation"
Cons: "Guy at check in was rude and insulting and my bag didn't arrive."
Pros: "Speed of boarding from both the gate crew and the cabin staff. At that hour of the morning the last thing you want is hassle when boarding."
Cons: "It's a very very early morning flight."
Pros: "From the moment I arrived I felt very taken care of. Plenty of seating in lounge, with many of them facing runway. People were friendly and accommodating. Food was average. On aircraft, the staff was outstanding."
Pros: "The comfort of the plane was great compared to Ryan air"
Cons: "I don't like that I must travel to Dublin from cork to fly to Amsterdam for a cheaper flight"
Cons: "3.5 hr delay due to mechanical issues. Missed connecting flight."
Cons: "------- we were very cold on the plane . ."
Pros: "Have traveled many long haul flights with various airlines in past 6 months. The Aer Lingus food was significantly better than the others. Very tasty."
Cons: "Not enough seating at gate in Dublin and the space needs updating. A complimentary beer or wine with the meals, as provided by other carriers, would be nice."
Pros: "What do you say about that loses you luggage both directions. It isn't reliable so that's it for me with aer Linus."
Cons: "My flight was delayed, I missed my connection flight and now they lost my luggage. Staff are very friendly, but they can't do much to help me. Icelandair is doing OK in handling the situation, but let's see...I am still in an uncertain situation"
Pros: "The seat was good and the service was spot on"
Cons: "On both flights the crew was not very friendly of helpful. No good, Except a tiny bit for the kids on a second shorter flight. And we had to pay for Wi-Fi, 12 whole dollars! A real rip off. We’ll never do Iceland air again"

Pros: "It was on time"
Cons: "Providing food/meals would be good"
Pros: "The price was good, the crew was friendly, and the on-line check in process was smooth."
Cons: "Non-functional entertainment consoles..so we could not watch anything, use our reading lights, adjust the temp, or summon staff if we needed to. With a bar in the middle of my foot space, there was no space under my seat for my personal item; No food on an international flight also disappointing."
Cons: "We had a different plane with narrow seats - ok for me but not the person beside me. Nothing but tea or coffee - all food and beverage had to be purchased. My experience. Uncomfortable and hungry."
Pros: "Fly Saga business.... exceptional food and service."
Cons: "The seats on this plane were very tiny and did not recline at all. This was the most uncomfortable 767 that I have ever flown!"
Pros: "Nice business class seats, comfortable, quiet"
Cons: "Movie selection could have been larger"
Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "My video screen did not work well"
Cons: "Definitely not a comfortable flight. And being that it’s an international flight, some free snacks would have been nice."
Pros: "I like that the flight was very comfortable & there was lots of options for entertainment!"
Cons: "Honestly it was probably the best flight I have ever taken!"
Pros: "Nice clean plane, more roomy plane than first flight from Toronto"
Pros: "Crew was really friendly, we had the seats behind first class so we had a ton of legroom. I would definitely fly Iceland air."
Cons: "We had a 5 hour flight and they didnt serve snacks of food. The flight didnt include bags. 2 bags cost $160"
Pros: "Everything Nothing"
Cons: "Very limited food choice."
Pros: "Treated well, staff were kind, met some great people going to Iceland as well"
Cons: "Of course everyone would always love a bit more space - but we understand why we can’t :)"
Pros: "Larger plane with more room"
Cons: "Boarding was a mess, no rows called; no one at the help desk."
Cons: "When I booked this flight last March the booking info said 1 free bag. When we got to the airport we were told that we had to pay $94 Can per bag because we had Economy Light class. We had the same issue returning but the cost was $55 US. On top of that Iceland Air changed planes and bumped us from row 10 to 41 - the last row. Bizarrely there is no customer service desk at the Reykjavik Airport - they just give you a little card with the website for customer service. I don't understand how any airline does this! BTW, they blame the third party for the issues! That is you!!!"
Pros: "Departure from Reykjavik was delayed by about 15 minutes. The flught was not full so I had a spare seat next to mine to stretch s bit"
Cons: "More communication on delays would rsse strees on passengers"
Pros: "We didn't crash so that's a bonus."
Cons: "Well first off it was a connector flight from Toronto to Reykjavik to Oslo to Tromso, Norway. The first leg was delayed and then they lost my baggage, which happens, I get it. But then due to the delayed flight and lost baggage I missed my connection to Tromso. Then apparently neither airline can do anything to help me so I lose my entire flight cost because I booked through a third party. So I had to rebook a new flight at a premium cost just to get where I needed to go or risk losing my whole vacation. On top of that the baggage they lost is my backpack...hard to go backpacking across Norway with no backpack. Then they ship the backpack to the wrong airport, incorrectly wrote down my wrong cell number so they couldn't even call me...one cluster f*ck after another."
Pros: "So much more legroom than I'm used to for a budget flight! I was so comfortable and there were plenty of options to keep me entertained on the flight."
Cons: "Boarding was a little chaotic and food/wifi was expensive, but would definitely book them again!"
Cons: "We were an hour late with no update Food service took a long time No water given out at check in People in front put their seats back the entire ride and swished is. Should be a rule to keep seats upright"
Pros: "Friendly flight attendants."
Cons: "No space under the seat in front of me. Very little leg room. The airport gate was chaos."
Pros: "Direct flight"
Cons: "There is only a serve of drink, headset need to pay"
Pros: "The plane was very nice and comfortable."
Cons: "The airline didn't serve any food. I'm a female at 5'7" and the leg room was a little tight"
Cons: "The bag check in process was unorganized. The bag belt was not working and out bags were left outside of the counter. They were not scanned in and did not make the flight even though we arrived at the airport 3 hours before boarding. It is very disappointing to get to Iceland and not have clothing to go explore. We are hopeful the bags will arrive before we leave."
Cons: "Same as above"
Pros: "I really enjoyed flying with Iceland Air. One bag included for check in with ticket - which can be hard to come by these days. As well, the plane was brand new, leather seats and entertainment system. There was water and a blanket waiting for you at your seat once you boarded. They were very efficient and the crew made the trip a pleasant journey. Would highly recommend!"
Cons: "My boarding pass had me in row 9, at boarding they pushed me back to row 34, the last row on the plane. And the flight attendant was a little heavy, couldn't walk passed without bumping me. So much for sleeping."
Pros: "I'm a European tour and booked a flight from Reykjavik to Amsterdam, I received an email to make an offer to upgrade and I quickly jumped at the chance. I received an email 2 days prior to departure that my offer was excepted and I would be upgraded to economy comfort. Economy comfort is between First Classe and economy and the cool thing about it is that you get treated as if he had a first class ticket. I had access to the lounge which was amazing, the spread out was wonderful he sat in the choices plentiful. Reykjavik is a small airport therefore it's a busy airport, what do you economy comfort I was able to use the saga class lane and I checked in less than five minutes whereas the regular lane was backed up. I was able to board along with first-class passengers and the lane was short which I love. Overall it was a great experience and Icelandair will make you a trip even better if you fly with them first class or economy comfort. I highly recommend them and I am definitely flying with them again."
Cons: "The breakfast menu was limited but since I had the economy comfort upgrade,it was free so I can't really complain since I had the economy comfort upgrade."
Cons: "Long layover in Iceland, and refusal to work with me on scheduling. They would not give refund for ticket or offer to help me change the flight date. Very rude customer service."
Pros: "No issues."
Cons: "No issues."
Cons: "How can an international flight not have a single snack or beverage offered without a fee?"
Pros: "For the money it was pretty good. Things ran on time, getting on the plane on the tarmac was a new experience for me, as I've never been to an airport as small. That was a bonus tho, being small it was really easy to navigate!"
Cons: "The seats were rather uncomfortable, seemed like an older plane and the cushions didn't have much padding left in them. There was also a ridiculously loud and drunk group of folks that sat right next to us. The staff didn't seem to think their behaviour was disruptful. Most of the stewardesses seemed to be really freindly towards them even though it was fairly obvious that they were really loud and getting really loaded. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate a party, but not on an airplane with next to no space. My partner got a view of a man's behind the almost the whole flight as they he was standing the aisle for most of the trip. Just seemed a bit strange to let the group go through what appeared to be cases of beer that they brought on."
Pros: "This airline has so much going for it!... Pleasant staff, nice touches for overnight flight (bottled water as we entered the plane, pillow, blanket), plenty of legroom, TVs in the seat backs that work perfectly! What a treat!"
Pros: "Flight in Saga Class was excellent."
Cons: "Bus from boarding area to plane was not the best experience --- like LHR 40 years ago. Also, my checked bag apparently did not get transferred at KEF."
Pros: "Good service."
Pros: "Seat is comfortable , nice blanket"
Cons: "Super old movie, no food include"
Pros: "Staff was friendly and accommodating, new flight was booked immediately after being cancelled"
Cons: "Our flight was cancelled, missing our 10+ layover in Iceland and trip to the blue lagoon. We missed arriving to Amsterdam for our friends birthday and ended up getting there the next day. The most dissappointing and quite frankly ridiculous part was that after being on hold for 2 hours Iceland air refused to upgrade our seats to first class after such a huge inconvenience. We boarded the plane and the entire first class portion of the flight empty!! This makes zero sense to me. Iceland air should seriously reconsider their upgrade policies. They would rather have first class be empty than make their customers happy! We were even willing to pay extra."
Pros: "Leg room was adequate and crew were generally helpful and friendly."
Cons: "Crew not showing up for flight until a few minutes before it was expected to depart. Lack of communication to travelers about a jet bridge problem. No attempt to make up lost time when the flight left an hour late (happened twice on the same trip)."
Pros: "This flight was better. It was quicker and the staff were helpful and more friendly."
Cons: "The entertainment on this flight was limited. Also there was no organization to the boarding process, everyone just boarded randomly at the same time."
Cons: "No sign for business/economy at gate."
Pros: "Leg room again was spacious."
Cons: "Everything just about!!! They were delayed by two hours twice, they took off an hour late as well, then baggage took over and hour to come out after arriving at my destination. The seats are supper in comfortable I couldn't fall asleep and my back hurt so bad. I was offered no food or drink my whole flight."
Pros: "Plane wasn't full, had a little room to move!"
Pros: "The plane was new which meant new entertainment system and seats."
Cons: "It took over 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive on the conveyor belt."
Cons: "We had an 8 hour layover due to missing our connection."
Pros: "Mostly on time"
Cons: "No food or drink amenities"
Cons: "Confusion by the airline to board was a nightmare and did not feel secure or safe. A complete disaster for what was an otherwise pleasant flight"
