Pros (+) Great staff! I arrived around 11 am after an exhaustive trip from SFO and my checked bag had not made my flight.. The staff was so accommodating, offering a few things to make my stay a little easier....

Pros (+) five minutes walk from terminal clean, modern, comfortable easy trip into Amsterday
Cons (-) mattress too soft stall shower very tiny and congested
Pros (+) Proximity to the terminal perfect
Cons (-) I miss a water kettle and coffee tea in the room. Coffee station on the floor is nice but I prefer my own. Hilton for the win on that one with a nespresso machine in each room.
