Pros (+) Very nice and helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Just know you are getting a tiny room to sleep at the airport, the prices are on the expensive side but that is expected. If you have a long layover and no way to get out of the airport you will not find anything better.

Pros (+) Location inside secure area of airport. Ideal for transit stay. Most necessities were available in a small space. Only facility that offers bed and shower inside an airport. Bed was really soft. Bathroom was very clean and well provided with amenities.
Cons (-) Discrepancies exist between published information and actual facts. For example, the website clearly states that customers can order food directly to cabin through room service. however, when we ordered the food we were told that room service is not provided and we needed to pick the food up from the front desk.
