Good 7.0
Pros: The room was fine.
Cons: Wifi was barely functioning
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and very modern rooms. Good breakfast and the owner has a lot of knowledge about Madaba.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent stay and very nice people, who have been very helpful to plan visits from Madaba! The hotel is also in contact with a very nice and very helpful cab driver, Fakhrey Abu Saeed, who can help plan your trip.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room (as well as the rest of the hotel) was impeccably clean. The staff is super helpful, warm & friendly. We truly recommend this hotel!
Cons: /
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The beds were awful - they were on wheels so we were constantly 'rolling'. One of the hosts was not very welcoming. The WiFi was poor. The breakfast was less than basic and the same items were served for 3 days. No juice, water or fruit available. The room was not cleaned on Friday. No kettle in the room. No iron available - we were asked to pay to have our clothes ironed. The plugs were not standard.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Staff was really kind and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The best falafel we’ve eaten in all Jordan! Defenitely recommended!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean
Excellent 10.0
We remained two evenings in this family owned lodging. We saved a room confronting the stopping part and the room was calm. The room was too well named and exceptionally comfortable. The inn was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great with a few hot things. We bought one or two of gifts within the small shop and the costs were great. The staff were neighborly, supportive and proficient (the bowl had a little issue whereas we were there and it was settled inside minutes of telling the gathering). And the area is inside strolling separate of locales of intrigued and eateries. We exceptionally much delighted in our remain at this lodging and for this category of lodging, we allow it a 5 star rating.
Excellent 10.0
The little lodging within the town middle of Madaba, a 20km and 30-minute drive west of Amman International Airport, is inside a straightforward walk to the Church of St. George with its mosaic outline of Israel/Palestine and 8km/20-minute drive to Mount Nebo, the commemoration location to Moses. The non-smoking, no pets and clean lodging has its possess car stop by the side of the building. Roomy and comfortable visitor rooms offer no tea/coffee making office while guests from exterior the inn are as it were allowed in open zones. Free Wi-Fi and an worthy buffet breakfast were given at this cost-effective scene. Client Benefit was palatable. Cash, Visa and Mastercard are acknowledged for installment.
Excellent 10.0
We went through 2 evenings at the lodging. We were inspired with the quality of housing. The room was exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and lavatory. The breakfast is adequate. We ate at the bar twice within the evening and were shocked with a quality of the nourishment. It was top notch and new. Bar serves liquor. The lodging was exceptionally provoke and proficient with all the communications and organized all the exchanges for us with no issues. The area is exceptionally central. It’s an fabulous put to remain in Madaba. Exceptionally wonderfully astounded.
Excellent 10.0
We traveled to the Holy land in Israel and stayed at the Mosaic City Hotel in Madaba, Jordan. It was a very clean, comfortable and the hotel is owned by a family, who were so friendly and respected all visitors booking in for their stay. The Manager Sawalha was so accommodating to all questions asked by our group, and never did we see any annoyance on his face or his family, always smiling. The rooms are spotlessly clean for a hotel is such dusty conditions as Jordan has very little rainfall and almost everything is covered in fine film of dust. The food was very good and the coffee was great, because we like our coffee strong. It is a big hotel for Jordan standards and it was full most days as this is the border crossing into Israel stay.We will always stay at the Mosaic City Hotel when we revisit the Holy Land. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madaba in Jordan.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location. Staff was kind and nice. And you can pay with card which is a plus. Everything was great!
Good 6.0
Pros: If the weather is nice, the terrace and gardens are lovely. The staff can advise on what to do which is nice. Room was clean & breakfast were good for the cost of the hotel. Lot of food / alcohol shops on the same street (There was a nice Lebanese restaurant up the road).
Cons: The location was close to restaurants (on the street) but quite a far walk to the centre. They advertise having a bar but I did not see/use it (would have..). The owners spend a lot of time in the living area, sometimes makes you (a guest) feel like you are imposing in their home (i.e. they are watching TV).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stayed at hotel as we had early morning flight. Hotel was very accommodating and even put on toast and coffee for us before flight. Highly recommend
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff very helpful.
Cons: bathroom lighting very dull. it could do with upgrading. Because it was winter, Slippers should have been provided as the tiled floor was cold.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The stuff are really nice people, thank you!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very good continental breakfast, extra heating, comfortable bed
Cons: Water around toilet, heating in bathroom doesn't work
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Just 5/10 minutes walking from the sites in the city center. The parking is right by the hotel. Nice room.
Cons: Breakfast choices could be improved. But they are right for the price paid.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Excelent breakfast Good location Friendly stuff
Cons: Shower could be more warm :) Paper thin walls

Good 7.0
Pros: Budget hotel is in centre of Madaba, which makes it easy for exploring St George’s church and the archaeological park. Great view of the town from the roof. Good value for money.
Cons: It’s a budget choice and so room was a bit dated.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The views form the dinning room was extraordinary. The food was very good as well as the location. The staff was really friendly. You can park very close to the hotel. We arrived quite late, but they waited for us.
Cons: The room was ok, but could be a bit nicer. Specially the bathroom. It was ok, but not great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very good location, the hotel is placed in the downtown, walking distance from all the attractions. Easy check in/out, breakfast on the roof top with an amazing view of the city. The bedrooms are big and well equipped with a balcony where you can relax. The staff was very helpful, special thanks to Omar who provided us with a great support!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very comfortable room and bathroom. Super friendly host and staff. The skybar restaurant is amazing: great views and tasty food! Thank you for the nice experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is just amazing: the location is ideal, close to every sites to visit in Madaba. The rooms are nice and very clean, and the rooftop has the best views on the city. The breakfast offers typical local food and is very good. The staff is also incredible, especially the manager Omar who is really kind and helpful, and has many good advices for his guests! I 100% recommend!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very Quit
Cons: Door key sometimes does work
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Omar ‘the manager/brother’ makes you feel at home. He is very sincere and wants to make sure you have everything you need. He will go out of his way for you. The hotel is centrally located and has everything you need within a few minutes walking distance. The breakfast is diverse. We had a great view of the mosque and the city.
Cons: Nothing. Shukran for everything Omar!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city, it is clean and the staff is very friendly. There is also a nice rooftop to eat or have a drink. I definitely recommend !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We booked this hotel for our first night in Jordan. Really short and calm drive compared to Amman. Very friendly manager, helped us with all usefull things for travelling like a simcard and gave his phonenumer so we coul contact him for any situation in Jordan, regardless of where we were. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was amazing. We recommend to go to this hotel, especially for the first night after arriving in Jordan.
Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
Omar welcomes his guest so you feel like home. It's in the center of most attarsctions of Madaba
Good 6.8
Staff were friendly and helpful. Omar was the manager in charge who made our stay pleasant. View at the restaurant was beautiful.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to use the pool before check-in and organising taxis at reasonable rates. Room was ready early and super clean, modern and spacious with aircon and spare pillows and a balcony looking over the pool and city. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and included in the price of the room. Checkout was at midday which was a good time. Well-located near the centre of the city near several other hotels so felt like a safe area. Would definitely return here.
Cons: No criticisms
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location Very friendly staff Very nice pool
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We had a great time staying at the Mariam Hotel. We enjoyed the good sized pool which had good shade for part of the day depending on the time, which was helpful with keeping kids safe in the sun. We enjoyed the option of getting a simple lunch beside the pool although the hotel is well locationed with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around as well. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was kept clean and tidy. Loved having all the plants around the hotel.
Cons: The rooms were a good size with comfort beds but fitted sheets would greatly help with getting a good night's sleep as the flat sheets couldn't be tucked under the mattress and constantly came away. A kettle and a small fridge would have been lovely in the room - they are pretty standard in hotels in the region and so it seems unusual that they weren't there and it difficult to keep drinks cool. The breakfast was very normal for Hotels in this region but would have been nice to see something a little different or extra.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean Good atmosphere with excellent staff Amazing breakfast.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good location, within walking distance to the center of town.
Cons: The breakfast was poor. No fresh fruit, old bread and dirty dishes to serve from. Our laundry that we sent for washing came back, 1 item with an iron burn mark in it and a white t-shirt came back light blue. Also I emailed before arriving fir a recommendation on a hairdresser as we we’re going to a wedding and no reply.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The pool was great! The manager went above and beyond to provide the best room for our family--thank you so much! Everyone on the staff was friendly and very helpful. The only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer!
Cons: The water in the pool could have been a bit warmer. It would be nice to have at least one king size (or double) bed in the bigger rooms.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - The hotel is very well placed in the city, close to all the main places to see in Madaba - Good breakfast - The room was nice and clean - Gentle, nice and polite staff. They helped us find all we needed, included the best way to arrange excursions to Wadi Mujib and around
Cons: It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Perfect peaceful location, few meters away from the main street. We had a place to park our car, wifi working with no problem. The receptionist spoke perfect English. They sent us a lot of information about sightseeing before we came to the hotel. I recommend.
Good 6.0
Pros: The price was adequated
Cons: We had to pay cash, the toilet was very old fashion and ther was water loss ... so the room floor was wet
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location, nice breakfast
Okay 5.4
Pros: Good location, super friendly staff (the owner suggested us a good restaurant for the dinner). Nice lobby and breakfast room
Cons: I think we were the only guests in the hotel so it was a little scaring (the corridor was dark). The bathroom was old and towels not exactly white and scented. Breakfast very basic , for basic I mean 1 marmelade, 2 cheese, 6 boiled eggs, 1 juice e some bread not what we expected from the pictures. WiFi only in the lobby.

Good 7.2
We just booked the hotel for the convenience to the airport. So that way it served a purpose. Madaba itself has nothing to offer in terms of sight seeing- except mount nebo, so that way hotel was ok for a night stay from airport. Staff were not that friendly or helpful.
Good 7.2
This old hotel is very coasy. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was good. At the dinner buffet we enjoyed the salades and cold Disneys, bur the hot dishes were not very enjoyable. Maybe because we came in after 21:00 ? We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: I wasn’t impressed by the breakfast the cooked food was cool rather than hot and limited choice
Cons: As above
Good 7.9
Pros: Towels needs better washing or changing to different type, it looked not very clean
Good 7.5
Pros: The hotel is on the main straat of Madaba, across the Orthodox Church. The room was clean and the bed was good. Shower was good with good warm water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was enough to choose from. They even had european bread.
Cons: The main road is noisy because of traffic and the church bells ring early in the morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, great size room, great location
Good 7.5
Pros: Friendly staff even at 2am when we arrived. Parked right outside
Cons: Noisy cafe next door. Dudes with loud car stereos. Very near the mosque so be prepared for a very loud early alarm call.
Good 7.9
Cons: The breakfast.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Close to the city center. The rooms were quite big.
Cons: We were informed that breakfast is served starting from 7.00. When we entered the restaurant at 7.15, the kitchen was closed and there was nobody there. We had to wait over half an hour, when one lady came and started to prepare anything to eat. The breakfast was very poor and we almoust missed our plane due to this delay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is close to the church. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful .

The owner of the hotel is super awesome. Due to the problem in the room we booked, the owner arranged us to stay in his house, which was like super upgraded for us. We got to stay in the house with the entire floor belong to us, with 2 huge rooms and kitchen freely to use. The owner also arranged us to have super delicious breakfast cooked and prepared by his lovely wife. It was an incredible Jordanian hospitality to us.

Good 6.0
its good hotel but expensive
Okay 4.4
Let’s be honest, The only reason you’d be contemplating here is because you need to be close to the airport- it isn’t walkable, but it’s the closest you’ll get. We couldn’t find the ‘free shuttle’ from the airport at midnight and despite contacting them no one was willing to help. So we decided to get a taxi, which ended up being free! So just ask any taxi at the rank and they’ll help, we obviously tipped well! Check in was fine, room was quiet and clean, no frills. Breakfast was utter rubbish, everything was under cooked. Don’t bother. Got the free shuttle back to the airport to pick up our hire car. Not worth the £120 we paid but no other choice!
Good 7.6
The hotel is perfectly located for proximity to the airport and a hotel shuttle bus runs on a 24 hour basis - we took the bus in the early hours of the morning and only had to wait a few minutes for the driver to arrive and we were inside the airport in approximately 5 minutes. All of the hotel staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly, great service. The only downside was that the price we paid was expensive considering that some of the facilities were out of action (eg the swimming pool) and we had to pay for a breakfast that we couldn't eat as we left early.
Good 6.4
I put that I would recommend the hotel but only because of its location--close to Amman airport. Otherwise, I wouldn't have becauseit is so much less than it could be. The restaurants are sterile, nothing nice about them. The buffet for breakfast was OK, but nothing more. The only slightly charming place was the bar where you can also order light food. The price is quite high for what you get. One good thing: there is an airport shuttle, which makes frequent trips.
Mediocre 3.6
Overpriced hotel. Room expensive, restaurant extortionate. Staff are unfriendly on site and ignore messages and questions you send them beforehand. Awful.
Good 7.6
Carpet in room not vacuumed as others stated in reviews, quiet room, nice breakfast with water to take away. Great location to airport
Okay 5.6
very limited eating facilities for a quick meal. Dinner buffet far too costly. Despite the high cost, staff is always on the lookout for tips, even when they fail to deliver. We were left at the Arrival section although we were departing.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location. Very close to Airport specially when you arrive late and start early.
Cons: Reception was very rude.
Mediocre 3.7
very bad. expensive. not worth the money paid. very miserable breakfast
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Has all the charm and welcome of a medium security prison; gruff gate guard unnecessarily hostile to an arriving guest, luggage and body scanned and patted down on entry, room thermostat stuck on high requireing room change at 4 am, Windows don''t open.
Excellent 10.0
Spacious room and accommodations, impeccably clean. Warm, cozy and relaxing. The thing is, in the States, a hotel like this would easily cost quite a few hundred dollars a night -- and you would sacrifice cleanliness, amenities, space and hospitality. But this overlooked hotel near the airport (calling it an airport hotel is misleading, because it makes you think that it's poor quality), was really a gem. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
Good 6.5
Pros: Wifi was very slow in the room, staff were somehow frinendly,
Cons: Ok
Mediocre 3.0
A kind of lazy attitude everywhere. Nobody looks serious. The rooms service was lousy. Nobody even cared to solve the issues. There were not even toilet tissues. I think they are happy with the transit passengers. They need to learn the art of treating a guest, from the basics.
Mediocre 3.0
Nothing about this hotel is good. Absolutely nothing. I'd liken it to Faulty Towers except I think that might be a disservice to FT. The food was absolutely horrific, there are barely any guests - a testament perhaps to the state of the hotel. The rooms and hallways smelt smoky and featured grubby carpets, our first room even offered an unmade bed! The only reason to stay here is that the hotel is close to the airport, but, in future, I'll travel further just to avoid this hotel. It's also not cheap. Clean up the rubbish that is littering the outside pool area. Clean the pool. Clean the hotel.
Good 7.1
Pros: The Staff is EXCELLENT! Wonderful people and they always remember you. The Staff is the only reason why I return.
Cons: The rooms are too hot and they do not allow for comfort control throughout the year. I have to travel through there for business and my only issues is that the room heat and air are controlled by the hotel. The bathrooms and rooms are not very clean. I need a cooled room to rest in. The internet is very slow and disconnects a lot. The overall facility could use a modern improvement and better cleaning.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The hotel was great, the 24 hour shuttle was a life saver for my 3am flight and untraditional schedule. The staff were all amazingly kind and helpful and had impeccable English and Arabic. The food was very delicious and an incredible value. my room was huge, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Was a perfect place to rest after exhausting travel.
Cons: I was a little confused with all of the options for where to eat within the hotel at first (there are 4 restaurants), but quickly a staff member helped me explain the differences and make a great choice.
Good 6.5
Pros: The staff are amazing. It's not a four star hotel, but it's great if you have a long layover and don't want to stay in the airport.
Cons: They are updating some of the rooms and they need to.
