Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several reviewers highlighting the manager's exceptional service. The location was also appreciated, especially for its proximity to Disneyland and other attractions. Many guests found the hotel to offer good value for the price. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Noise was also an issue for some guests, particularly due to other guests and late-night disturbances. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, cleanliness and noise levels were notable concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Clean place.
Pros (+) Very clean rooms. Great stuff and great service for the value.
Pros (+) Clean with a nice bed.

Good tv and average wifi ...

Pros (+) Room quality, bed quality, friendly staff.
Cons (-) Car was broken into while parked right in front of office, staff was casual about it and saw nothing. Security camera didn't record
Pros (+) The bathtub was very nice and so was the overall remodel. I remember 3 years ago we were going to stay here but it wasn't nearly as nice as this. I love how close it is to LGB airport and Knotts Berry Farm. We loved how close we were to everything!
Cons (-) Toilet paper! Shampoo! We used a whole roll in half a day. It's transparent and doesn't matter how much you use, it's never enough! The shampoo they give was not shampoo, I'm pretty sure of it, there was no suds and two packs they give wasn't enough for even half my head. Also, people upstairs were really loud and had their tv loud, we tried calling the front desk for about 10 mins but no one ever...
