Aircon wasn't working well had to pay same day I was supposed to check in because I arrived too early

Food The service the people
Bathroom in room 16 ' was too small . Also shower should have had a lift to contain escaping water. The rug in the bathroom created a dangerous slip effect when wet . Also Showerhead should've been overhead center instead of hand held .
