Location is not correct - took a long time to even find this location. They said didn’t have our reservation - we had to play phone tag with the support line and on-site agent for hours before they finally got us a car. Then they downgraded our car after we already paid and signed the contracts.

The Hertz personnel found us at the airport, concluded the paperwork and directed us to a driver who drove us to the point to pick up the car. We added an additional day to our contract a few days later with no issues. Car was fine and was fine for our needs.
