Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest feedback is mixed. Many guests appreciated the breakfast variety and quality, as well as the hotel's location, which was noted as convenient and pleasant. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with some guests mentioning issues such as poor hygiene in rooms and common areas, and even bedbugs. Service also received criticism, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and slow responses to guest requests. The pool area was often described as overcrowded, with difficulties finding available sunbeds and issues with cleanliness. While some guests had a positive experience, especially with breakfast and location, recurring problems with cleanliness, service, and the pool detracted from the overall experience for others.
