Fantastic private beach close to rooms
Pool bar finished at 17:30. Bit early
Great place, very clean rooms and beautiful landscape. Food was very good but after the third day it got a bit repetitive.
They could be more reasonable with the pricing of the drinks...a Corona for R$20 seems a bit too much...also the kids entertainment was good but could be a bit more diverfied.
It's a beautiful resort located in a private complex in Aquiraz, both the spa and the golf course are within the same complex. It's immediately in front a long and beautiful stretch of beach where the hotel provides umbrellas, chairs, table and bar service. The swimming pool isn't very big and always full of children, it would be great to have an 'adult only pool', but I guess it's a great option for parents as they also provide children entertainment so parents can enjoy their time. In our case we found peace and quiet by the beach and it was great, lots of activities such as buggy rides by the dunes, day trips to Morro Branco, etc. The hotel concierge was able to recommend some reliable external service providers and we felt safe throughout. We also used a guide (Roberta) to visit the city centre, she was great! Fortaleza city centre can be unsafe at times but she knew where to take us and how to make us feel safe. Dinner and breakfast seem to be included in most packages and there were plenty of options for non-vegan and non-vegetarians. Although the vegan/vegetarian options were limited in the menu, Claudia from the customer service management team was great and made sure we were very well fed and taken care of. Claudia connected us with the chefs from day 1 and they were simply great. It was a busy Christmas period for the resort but the chefs always had a great attitude, both chefs are ever so talented. They made us some vegan oven Brazilian 'kibes', pumpkin Arancini, palm heart pie, vegan chocolate mousse, vegan tapioca, cakes, potatoe breads and all sorts. We couldn't be more grateful! Ah! It was my wife's birthday and they also made her a vegan birthday cake. Very impressive indeed! The rooms are spacious and very clean, they provided towels for the beach and good toiletries too. We stayed in a villa and it was perfect.
The gym is very basic and small, the machines need maintenance and space would benefit from a little improvement too.
Extremely relaxed resort, with very friendly and helpful staff. Special requests, such as the special diet for our daughter with celiac disease, were facilitated better than we could have expected. Dining area is stylish and calm.
