Pros: Nice hotel; very clean. Food was fine. Hotel is quiet (not sure if that was because no one was there); it was pretty empty. All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional with the exception of the checkin clerk -- they should have given her the day off.
Cons: Check-in clerk was very unfriendly; you could tell she didn't want to be there on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. We had booked a king room; asked for a king room on the second floor; she said it was not available. She gave us one on the third floor. Little did we know it was a handi-capped room for hearing impaired -- not what we had booked.

5.0 Okay
Cons: The food they had for breakfast, expiration date was almost 2 months ago...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Small clean quiet.
Cons: Parking.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Good refrigerator (but very noisy) and AC, small but decent bathroom with good shower. I didn't like much about this place. The location was good for what we wanted to do, but noisy as it was near a freight train rail line and a major truck route street.
Cons: Staff was grumpy and seemed resentful when asked for simple assistance with a door keycard that didn't work, getting cups/glasses and clothes hangers. Overpriced for what was offered: no amenities in room such as coffee maker or hair dryer; no cups or glasses and no clothes hangers until I asked. The "free breakfast" offered was just cold cereal, some packaged muffins, coffee and juice on one table in the tiny lobby (most places I've stayed, for less money, have some hot items, hot and cold cereal, a variety of pastries, fruit, a variety of drinks, available in an actual dining area. The room was not completely painted, the fan/light in the bathroom was so loud and clanky that we used a flashlight most of the time. Maybe when renovations and construction are done, staff learns how to be friendly and courteous, and food service gets better it will be OK - lots of room for improvement!!

Cons: The worst motel I've ever stayed in. No iron, no hair dryer, no box of tissues, no space to put any toiletries in the bathroom. No shelves in the shower, no hangers.

Pros: Great hospitality!
7.0 Good
Pros: The large bathroom, nice towels, nice beds and bedding, attractive furnishings, nice toiletries. The breakfast was very good. Good heating/cooling. Good premium TV stations. WiFi was good.
Cons: Pillows were rather hard (but that's better than being too flat!) Hated constant exhaust fan noise in bathroom (& inability to shut off). Location just OK. The construction on the exterior of the hotel was a bit of an inconvenience but not too noisy.
