Food is great, rooftop rest is great, all staff is extremely cordial and friendly, the room seemed a bit “old” and tired compared to the rest of the hotel facilities

Pros (+) Staff was incredibly helpful. I was traveling with my father who had a cane which lost a piece of the device. The staff gave us excellent directions to a nearby hardware store As we needed to replace it before leaving for a cruise.
