Pros (+) The lobby was beautiful with artistic wire statues and a bar/restaurant with trees growing through it. The staff is very professional and tries to be very helpful (though both times I stayed at the hotel there was not a doorman to greet me and carry my luggage up the steps). Gorgeous rooftop bar and a nice jacuzzi area on the floor below it.
Cons (-) We stayed at the hotel 2 nights--one at the beginning of our trip and one at the end. The first room we had at the beginning of our trip literally reminded me of a hostel I'd once stayed at--the bed was a hard board looking thing with a gross looking red coverlet (not even a comforter). Pros (+) Great value for money, well located close to the Acropolis, nice common areas and pleasant breakfast room. Rooms are well equipped and very clean.
Cons (-) Bathroom a bit dated, but very clean. No issues. Room had no view, but for the money, more than acceptable.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis Metro. Make sure to ask for an outside facing room as some rooms can be small and cramped. The downstairs lobby area is very nice with a good atmosphere to sit and talk or to read/write.
Cons (-) Sometimes the rooms can be cramped and dark. Sometimes cab drivers can't locate it, but just tell them to drop you off by the Acropolis Museum and you can navigate it easily.

Pros (+) This is the perfect location for exploring Athens. Safe Street, restaurants and shopping nearby, immediately adjacent to the modern and magnificent Acropolis museum. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very quiet and the rooftop view of the Acropolis is spectacular.
