Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for sightseeing, access to public transportation, and exploring local attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviews noted the lack of an elevator and the need to climb several flights of stairs, which could be challenging for some visitors. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, particularly with bathrooms and shared facilities, though some guests found the rooms adequately clean. Bed comfort was generally appreciated, with several guests mentioning comfortable mattresses. Overall, the hotel is seen as a great budget-friendly option for short stays, especially for those prioritizing location and service.
