We stayed 3 nights to visit family. The Inn is a beautiful and meticulously restored Queen Ann building. Olga served a delicious breakfast each day prepared with locally sourced ingredients. We have stayed at hotels in the area, but cannot imagine doing that again after finding the Munroe Inn.
Owner very nice.
Everything was excellent.
We love the breakfast there it is always exceptional!
The bed was a very comfortable king size.
This property should be called B.... not B & B, since it is the first Bed and Breakfast that we have stayed that charges $ 25.00 additional for breakfast, Beds and Breakfasts are very clear includes both items with the $ 207. cost. Sorry but that is the way we feel. Also those very old rugs in the bathroom should be thrown out, is not pleasant to stand on them, we used towels to cover them. The Owner, Olga was very nice and very informative. she helped us with choices of restaurants and she called us to inform that she had sent an email with checking in instructions, since we checked around 10 PM.
I arrived late at night and left early in the morning so didn't interact with anyone at the property. But the room had old-fashioned charm, bed was comfortable and the showerhead was excellent. They have their own parking lot right next to the inn.
