Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, which was a major advantage for many travelers. Some guests also appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, with several reviewers mentioning rude or unhelpful staff. Cleanliness was another major issue, as multiple guests reported dirty rooms, bugs, trash, and ongoing renovations that left the property in disarray. While a few guests had positive experiences with friendly staff and well-maintained rooms, the overall sentiment was mixed due to significant concerns about service and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
