All staff very helpful.
Very well run hotel with nice large rooms and fantastic staff. We were there in the low season, when there were not many guests, but this did not effect staff or service, which were kept at a high level. All staff were very friendly, from front office to breakfast staff, and also the highly effective chamber maids, who made the room look "new" every day. As we got a good price, we experienced fantastic value for money.
It was, due to the low season (we were there in september) very quiet, and apart from the excellent breakfast, both the bar and the café were closed at all times. Reception opening hours was also rather limited. This was however not at all a problem for us and we felt very comfortable. The only thing we could put a finger on is that the free of charge internet terminal in the lounge had very bad connection, and never worked for more than a minute at a time, so we always ended up going to another hotel to use their internet. But this did not affect our positive overall impression of the hotel and we highly would reccomend it.
Nice room with balkony; good parking; good breakfast
Did not recognize from website in advance that dinner had to be pre-ordered. However, plenty of restaurants nearby
Good value for money, friendly staff, good breakfast.
No exactly at the center of town.
10 minutes walk from the main ski lift, pleasant rooms, very nice and helpful staff. I liked having a bathtub instead of a shower in the bathroom because I could take a long relaxing bath after a very active day. Regulated heating in the room was great. Breakfast selection was fairly varied, although not fancy. The dinners were tasty (with the exception of salads, which were awful) and inexpensive.
The internet connection was of terrible quality. It was a toss up if you could connect at all and if you managed, it was frustratingly slow. Only usable if you have something really important to do, otherwise too much trouble to bother. The selection of salads at dinner was awful, everything was out of a jar with too much vinegar.
