The hotel staff was very friendly.

Hotel was clean and charmingly decorated. Bathroom was large and included a whirlpool bath as well as a shower, and heated floors!
The bathroom in the room was down a steep spiral staircase, which was hard on our senior knees, and middle of the night trips to the toilet.

A breakfast with all you may want.
No elevator in a tree floors building, stairs at the entrance, not wheelchair friendly, and a very very hard mattress, and the room was not soundproof from the inside, voices in the hall at two o clock in the night, and doors slamming.
