1. Can’t book breakfast with room 2. Bit expensive 3. Some staff at the reception should smile and be a bit more welcoming to guests, especially at the check in. But they are very respectful.

Quiet, luxurious, comfortable and the shopping mall is next to it and that is great. And the breakfast!

My only issue is that I was promised a twin beds room and was given upon arrival a king bed room. At first the hotel receptionist didn’t even want to help saying that I was the one who didnt request such a thing and there wasnt any note in the “system” and yes I didnt request through the website but a lady from the hotel called me three times offering a special offer in an executive suite - which I declined - and she claimed it was the last one remaining, she then promised me a twin beds room over the phone call ( so its on her “system”) anyways a kind guy came and offered somewhat of an upgrade ( larger balcony) which we took - sonce there are no vacancies- but yet it wasnt a twin bed room so we had to use an extra bed. Other than that the hotel and staff were very hospitable .
